Our Swiss CNC turning has a max part diameter of 16 mm.  Our Swiss CNC turning offers fast production times of high volume, tight tolerance, and precision parts in a cost-effective manner.

Our dedicated team of experienced machinists operate our Lathes to produce quality parts. When it comes to CNC turning, we are able to maintain precision & accuracy all while maintaining very tight tolerances.

We also offer high quality plating services through our robust list of external providers. Our providers offer leak testing, laser etching, as well as a variety of plating processes.

We offer machining on a wide variety materials such as: aluminum, stainless steel, plastics, brass & copper. As well as exotic materials such as: hastelloy, inconel.

Here at Snapp Tool we have the capability to achieve extremely tight tolerances. We work with a wide variety of tolerances and can achievetolerances as tight as 0.0001”. Achievable tolerances are determined on a case by case basis in order to maintain our high quality standards.
